Unfortunately, sometimes ads can have technical issues. In an ideal world, we'd offer our game completely ad-free. However, in order to keep our team going and continue delivering great experiences, we have to include some ads. When you purchase the 'Remove Ads' option, you're not only improving your own experience but also directly supporting our team and helping us to keep doing what we love.

I found a spelling mistake.

Generally we try to avoid words with ambiguous spelling e.g. (COLOR vs. COLOUR) if we do use a word with ambiguous spelling, we tend to go with the American version.

If a particular puzzle is localised then we sometimes use the local spelling e.g. (SYDNEY HARBOUR vs. SYDNEY HARBOR). The English language is fluid and always open to interpretation, we celebrate this.

Please make sure you are correctly signed into iCloud and Game Center. Some players have had success restoring progress by signing out and signing back into Game Center.
